Das Haus wurde liebevoll renoviert, es steht in einem zauberhaften, großen Natur-Garten mit alten Obstbäumen und garantiert viel Ruhe. Ideal für Paare, Familien und alle, die Entspannung vom stressigen Alltag im Waldviertel suchen.
Aber auch viele kulturelle, gastronomische und sportliche Highlights hat die nähere und weitere Umgebung zu bieten.
Der Naturpark Heidenreichsteiner Moor liegt vom Ferienhaus nur etwa eine gute halbe Spazier-Stunde entfernt (auf gut gepflegten Forstwegen gibt es eine direkte Anbindung). Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man ihn, je nach Fitness in ca. 10 Minuten.

The house has been lovingly renovated and is located in a enchanting, large natural garden with old fruit trees, guaranteeing plenty of peace and quiet. Ideal for couples, families, and anyone looking for relaxation from the stressful everyday life in the Waldviertel.
But the nearby and wider surroundings also offer many cultural, gastronomic, and sporting highlights.
The Heidenreichsteiner Moor Nature Park is only about a good half-hour walk from the holiday home (there is a direct connection via well-maintained forest paths). By bike, it can be reached in about 10 minutes, depending on fitness.

Dům byl s láskou zrekonstruován, stojí v kouzelné, velké přírodní zahradě se starými ovocnými stromy a zaručuje klid. Ideální pro páry, rodiny a všechny, kteří hledají odpočinek od hektického každodenního života v regionu Waldviertel.
Ale také mnohé kulturní, gastronomické a sportovní atrakce nabízí blízké i vzdálenější okolí.
Přírodní park Heidenreichsteiner Moor je od prázdninového domu vzdálen jen asi půl hodiny příjemné procházky (po dobře udržovaných lesních cestách je přímé propojení). Na kole se sem dostanete podle kondice přibližně za 10 minut.

Alle Geräte sind zeitgemäß und funktional. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wer gerne kocht, kann auch im Urlaub seiner Leidenschaft nachgehen.
Der hochwertige Hickory-Holzparkettboden unterstreicht das stilvolle Ambiente und verleiht dem Raum eine warme, natürliche Ausstrahlung.

All appliances are contemporary and functional. The kitchen is well equipped. Those who enjoy cooking can pursue their passion even while on vacation.
The high-quality hickory wood parquet floor emphasizes the stylish ambiance and gives the room a warm, natural character.

Jádrem domu je původně zachovaná kuchyně Daisy z 50. let - skutečný klenot s nostalgickým kouzlem. Pečlivě zrestaurovaná a citlivě naaranžovaná, spojuje retro atmosféru s moderní funkčností.
Všechny spotřebiče jsou současné a funkční. Kuchyně je dobře vybavená. Kdo rád vaří, může si i na dovolené užívat svého koníčka.
Vysoce kvalitní dubová parketová podlaha podtrhuje stylovou atmosféru a dodává místnosti teplý, přirozený vzhled.

Mein Name ist Eva Hobbs - herzlich willkommen im Ferienhaus "Zur alten Zeder"! Ich freue mich, Sie hier begrüßen zu dürfen. Das Haus ist mein Elternhaus, das ich 2025 mit viel Liebe, Herzblut und sehr viel Eigenleistung renoviert habe.
Da ich selbst leidenschaftlich gerne reise und in liebevoll eingerichteten Privatunterkünfte wohne, war es mir wichtig, all die kleinen Details zu berücksichtigen, die einen Aufenthalt - ob kurz oder lang - besonders angenehm machen.
Ich wünsche Ihnen eine wunderbare Zeit und hoffe, dass Sie sich in der "Alten Zeder" genauso wohlfühlen wie ich!

Since I myself am passionate about traveling and staying in lovingly furnished private accommodations, it was important to me to consider all the little details that make a stay - whether short or long - especially pleasant.

Jelikož sama vášnivě cestuji a bydlím v pečlivě zařízených soukromých ubytováních, bylo pro mě důležité zohlednit všechny ty malé detaily, které činí pobyt – ať krátký či dlouhý – obzvlášť příjemným.
