Die Tür, die ins Nichts führt/e ...
In der Küche befindet sich derzeit noch eine Terrassentür, die – wie auf dem Foto zu sehen – einst ins „Nichts“ führte. Mittlerweile wurde sie zumindest mit einer Absturzsicherung versehen. Im Frühling 2026 soll an dieser Stelle eine großzügige Terrasse entstehen, die dazu einlädt, den Morgenkaffee gemütlich im Freien zu genießen. Zusätzlich ist eine Rampe geplant, damit das Ferienhaus künftig nahezu barrierefrei betreten oder befahren werden kann.
There is currently still a patio door in the kitchen, which – as seen in the photo – once led to 'nowhere.' In the meantime, it has at least been provided with a fall protection. In spring 2026, a spacious terrace is planned to be built in this location, inviting one to enjoy the morning coffee comfortably outdoors. Additionally, a ramp is planned so that the holiday home can be accessed or driven into almost barrier-free in the future.
V kuchyni se momentálně nachází ještě terasové dveře, které – jak je vidět na fotografii – kdysi vedly do „ničeho“. Mezitím byly alespoň opatřeny zábranou proti pádu. Na jaře 2026 má na tomto místě vzniknout prostorná terasa, která zve k příjemnému posezení při ranní kávě venku. Navíc je plánována rampa, aby bylo možné rekreační dům v budoucnu téměř bezbariérově vstoupit nebo projet.

Ein Gartenzaun erfüllt viele Aufgaben – er schützt, schmückt und gibt dem Grundstück Charakter. Der Zaun am Ferienhaus hat jedoch schon etliche Jahre hinter sich und zeigt inzwischen deutliche Spuren der Zeit. Eine Erneuerung wäre sinnvoll, ist aber ein arbeits- und zeitintensives Vorhaben, das zudem ins Geld geht. Daher ist der Start der Sanierung für das Jahr 2026 vorgesehen.

Zahradní plot plní mnoho úkolů – chrání, zdobí a dodává pozemku charakter. Plot u rekreačního domu má však už za sebou mnoho let a nyní vykazuje výrazné známky stáří. Obnova by byla rozumná, je to však práce a časově náročný úkol, který navíc něco stojí. Proto je zahájení rekonstrukce plánováno na rok 2026.

Ein Bauvorhaben, das für eine komfortablere Einfahrt sorgt …
Um das Grundstück zu erreichen, muss man derzeit eine Einfahrt bewältigen, die beim Straßenbau vor einigen Jahren leider nicht optimal ausgeführt wurde. Für eine langfristige Lösung muss ein Bagger die bestehende Zufahrt entfernen, das Gelände neu modellieren und anschließend muss alles fachgerecht befestigte werden. Ein durchaus aufwendiges Vorhaben – und daher realistisch erst ab 2027 umsetzbar.
To reach the property, one currently has to navigate a driveway that, unfortunately, was not optimally constructed during the road work a few years ago. For a long-term solution, an excavator must remove the existing access road, reshape the terrain, and then everything must be properly stabilized. A rather elaborate undertaking – and therefore realistically only feasible from 2027 onwards.
Abyste se dostali na pozemek, musíte momentálně překonat příjezdovou cestu, která bohužel nebyla při výstavbě silnice před několika lety optimálně provedena. Pro dlouhodobé řešení je nutné, aby bagr odstranil stávající příjezd, terén přestavěl a následně vše řádně upevnil. Jedná se o poněkud náročný projekt – a proto je realisticky proveditelný až od roku 2027.
